I made a purchase and didn’t get my free Sweeps Coins

We are sorry to hear you didn't get your free sweeps coins. 

Firstly, make sure to check that you did indeed purchase a package which comes with free sweeps coins as some of our packages are Gold Coin only packages, such as the $1 GC package and $10 GC package. 

If you made a purchase of a different package and did not get your free sweeps, then please contact us. Before you do, make sure you gather the below details, as that will help us find the right purchase. 

• Purchase amount
• Purchase date
• Transaction ID

You will find the details of the purchase in the email we have sent to you with the subject 'Your account has been credited' - see Figure 1 below.
