I can’t make a purchase, I get one of these errors.

Are you getting any of the below error messages when trying to make a purchase?

Firstly, we are sorry you are not able to make purchases. If you are getting any of the error messages above, it can mean two things. 

The most common scenario is that your bank is rejecting this purchase because they don’t know who we are. You have two options:

• Try another payment method. We have a wide variety of payment methods available to you now. We have listed them here:

2. American Express
3. Pay with Online Banking
4. Instant ACH Online Banking
5. Skrill Wallet
6. Paysafecard

• Call your bank and ask them to authorize payments to ‘VGW Malta’. Make sure to ask them when you can try making purchases with us again.
