I try to log in and I get a "Locked out" error message.
You will be temporarily locked out from signing in if you have three failed login attempts. The locks will clear on their own after 30 minutes or so. Wait until the time passed and try to log in again. Ensure you are using correct login details.
I opt for a timeout and I cannot access my account.
It only means the timeout is still active on your account. You will be able to log in once your time-out period has expired. You can also check when your account will be active again by contacting our Customer Support Team (support@casino.com).
I put my correct email address and password, still not working.
